Central Essex Training (CET) was formed to work in partnership with employers. To collaborate and advise on the best course of action to fulfill the training needs of the workforce and to provide relevant, flexible, and high quality standard of training.
Our job is to listen to what you, the employer, needs from your workforce and to formulate a training programme that will deliver the necessary skills to make your employees fulfill their potential.
CET knows that by investing in training, you will not only motivate your staff, but ultimately save money and improve the success of your business.
With a team of outstanding expertise through Chelmsford College, we have the flexibility of being able to offer to you a dedicated training area in the centre of Chelmsford town. As well as two other college sites in the Chelmsford area or onsite training at your office, so your staff do not have to go far!
We already run an extensive range of courses, both professional and vocational, covering: Business & Management, Care, Construction, English as a Foreign Language, Electrical, Engineering, Hospitality & Catering, Health & Safety, Personal Development, Skills for Life and Teacher Training.
Our job is to work with you to make sure that a course fits your needs and to tailor it to your specific requirements. We are always looking to add to our portfolio, so if there is an area that you need training, but are unable to find a relevant course, please contact us and we will be happy to look into delivering a solution.
